• Structural glazing, spider glazing, and ACP cladding

• Other architectural aluminium and glass components

All services are executed according to project specifications and agreed timelines.

2. Quotations

• All quotations issued by Casa de Dormer are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Any changes in scope, material costs, or design revisions may result in an updated quote.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments shall be made as follows:

• 50% advance upon confirmation of the order

• 30% upon delivery of materials to site

• 20% upon completion of installation

Payments must be made via approved channels. Delays in payment may affect project schedules.

4. Material Ownership

All materials supplied and installed by Casa de Dormer shall remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

5. Project Timeline

• Project timelines are based on mutually agreed schedules and are subject to:

  • Site readiness

  • Timely client approvals

  • Absence of unforeseen delays

• Casa de Dormer shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, supplier disruptions, or changes made by the client during execution.

6. Warranties

• Materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms of the supplier.

• Installation workmanship is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.

Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Casa de Dormer shall not be held responsible for:

• Client-side delays or design changes

• Structural issues unrelated to our scope

• Damages arising from misuse or third-party interference

Our liability is strictly limited to the scope and cost of the services provided.

8. Modifications to Terms

Casa de Dormer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to implementation on active projects.

9. Governing Law
